A modern café unit fitted out by the Landlord who is on-site. The space is shared with an active yoga business that provides regular custom. There is no frontage included - instead access is provided by a staircase off the street and signage from both the street and on-road is provided.
AMENITIES
Unit is inclusive of front desk, fitted kitchen counter, large rear fridge, front presentation fridge and coffee machine. Shared with a yoga studio who use an adjoining room giving guaranteed client base.
There is no provision for the cooking and preparation of hot food, but pre-made sandwiches, cakes and other food can be presented and stored within the unit. There is also an additional service charge for use of electricity and heating within the unit.
The café comes with its own room for customer seating for at least fifteen customers at a time, including seating space at the countertop.
