A series of Workshop spaces available in the Wheatley countryside, perfect for small businesses or hobbyists who are looking for a space in the green and quiet to work. The units are located deep in the countryside, with secure access away from the main roads. They form part of an active farm with chickens, cats, dogs and other farm life on site. Each space comes with single-phase electricity included as well as being watertight, with natural light coming from the ceilings. We have the smaller wooden units available at 3.4metres x 3.3metres for £575pcm, and a wooden unit measuring 5.4metres x 3.5metres. There are also larger container units available for £750pcm. Please note that any Tenants looking to use these units for storage will have to pay additional VAT on top of the rent due to the usage. Anyone looking for mechanical/light industrial usage - unfortunately these units are not appropriate.
