Royal Mail House

To Let POA

DESCRIPTION
Built in 1840 initially as a Hotel by local entrepreneur George Radley, the building historically entertained cruise line guests - including those first-class passengers who set sail upon the Titanic. The property then came into the possession of Royal Mail in 1927 who used it as offices. It boasts a large entrance on to the main road, with various office rooms coming available throughout the year using shared kitchens and toilets.
The offices also have their own intercom to the ground floor entrance. The property's prime location and works happening internally make this one of Southampton's best office buildings to rent. The office is separated into two rooms with room for three or four desks. We currently have multiple offices available to let at these premises, so even if this unit is not to your liking please get in touch if you like the location.
