The Letting ProcessOnce an applicant finds a property that they wish to rent, the Application Process begins. Application Forms are sent out, either by post, e-mail or they can be downloaded from our website to speed up the process. Once the Application Forms are received, the referencing process commences. Referencing is an extremely important part of the letting process.
Assuming the references are satisfactory, the landlord is contacted to authorise them. The appropriate documents and the Tenancy Agreement are then prepared. Once everything is complete and cleared funds have been received, an inventory is prepared and a move in date is agreed.
